We are building a full-stack prototype entirely in Bolt.

Let's initialize the backend and frontend simultaneously.
1. Create a simple Express server running on port 3001 serving a '/api/status' route.
2. Create a React + Vite frontend running on port 5173.
3. Ensure the frontend Vite config proxies all '/api' requests to the Express server.
4. Create a single API endpoint that retrieves dummy data and successfully display it on the React homepage.
